Two Serendra’s Urban Interior Design Revolution
Cosmopolitan design to complement the vibrance of city living is often a winning formula. But it takes something fresh to whet the appetites of discerning city dwellers who have probably seen it all. This is why Community Innovations built Two Serendra—a development that has managed to transform residential living into an extension of one’s lifestyle. As the celebrated new mecca for dynamic, cosmopolitan living opens its doors to new residents, proof of its unique prestige takes center stage.
The sprawling lobby is the perfect departure point for the bustling city sitting outside its verdant walls. Anchored by subtle hues that complement the greenery framing the development, distinctive furniture (?) pieces are accentuated by natural lighting and the main lobby’s open plan. Functional yet visually stunning décor dominate the common areas as illustrated by the pieces created by celebrated Filipino furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue, the prolific genius behind the lavish lounge set of Ocean’s 13 and the very same designer who designed the bed that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s son sleeps in. The resort-style veranda and lounge fit seamlessly with Cobonpue’s designs, which blend traditional Filipino artistry, modern technology and an innovative use of natural materials that perfectly complement the detailed interior and character of the space.
